The Content Producer will grow and supervise a team of producers & content creators to execute and manage content production, with a focus on digital and social video, but also including photography, animation, and broadcast.


  • Identify and recruit talent to join growing content team, including producers, videographers, photographers, and editors
  • Responsible for video workflow and production of all content
  • Ensure all staff is fully versed in Agency's policies and procedures dependent upon position and responsibilities
  • Ensure high quality, accuracy and on-time delivery on all projects
  • Advise and assist content development and pitch strategies
  • Assist on organizational restructuring efforts, casting, forecasting and talent management
  • Improve studio business process, expand capabilities & workflow through technology, and drive incremental production revenues
  • Manages staffing budgets, raises and profitability (P&L) of video operations
  • Work with teams to develop schedules and budgets
  • Ensure all staff is trained on all Systems pertaining to their function and responsibilities
  • Monitor all financial metrics related to production staffing – billability, utilization, investment allocations and revenue forecasts
  • Conduct weekly production meeting to review all projects and discuss changes in procedures or workflow as applicable
  • Review all production estimates as needed prior to submission to Account Teams
  • Create and implement production process
  • Hire, manage and train video team
  • Hands-on Video Post-Producer
  • Conduct and complete Annual Performance Reviews
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Must have 8+ years' experience in video production, ideally in both editorial and branded/advertising
  • A strong leader and a team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
