    Job Description:

    The DataStax Corporate Marketing team is looking for an experienced Content Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the content that powers all of DataStax, including: social networks, corporate blog, brand/company advertising campaigns and internal workflow tools. This role will create, build and own the operational processes around DataStax’s marketing content management and social syndication. The Content Operations role will be instrumental in ensuring that the content DataStax creates is maintained, managed and syndicated.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Social Media Management:

      • Publish, monitor and maintain DataStax corporate social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

      • Focus on growing social media audience and engagement with effective social campaign execution.

    • Content Management:

      • Content project management to help keep content development flowing efficiently.

      • Cross-collaborate with the marketing teams to streamline workflow, improving efficiency and quality.

      • Conduct content audits and gap analysis, and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations.

      • Maintain daily news tracking and reporting.

      • Manage internal DataStax workflow tool - Kapost.

    • Digital Ad Campaign Management for Corporate Campaigns:

      • Manage DataStax digital advertising campaigns and media planning.

      • Oversee ad agency on creative and be in lockstep with other digital efforts.

    • Budget management and tracking for Corporate Marketing.

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, product marketers, and others to deliver quality content.
    • Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content accuracy.
    • Experience in an operational or project management roles and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment.
    • Skills in social and content management, including use of content management systems and other technologies.
    • Experience with B2B enterprise software technology with open source exposure being a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Kapost, workflow management system, and social media.
    • Stellar project management skills.
    • Team oriented, creative, adaptable, and driven.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 10+ years of B2B marketing.
