Who Alliance CU Is Searching For:

A creative and transformative Content Media Marketing Manager to oversee and engage in digital marketing activities on all major social media channels and digital marketing opportunities. The Marketing Manager will bring passion and strong business acumen and will lead workflows, processes, and execution of content material before launching campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will maintain awareness and management of messaging and branding considerations internally as well as externally to ensure consistent and integrated message and branding. The incumbent independently drives high-stake projects from commencement through completion bringing our brand to life across our social and digital platforms

Alliance CU Requires that You Have:

Required Experience and Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Anthropology, Theater, Sociology, Business Administration or related degree

- Six (6) or more years of experience within global markets

- Strong digital marketing and growth marketing experience as well as demand gen expertise

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high-energy environment

- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Suite, and project management tools

- A proven track record of delivering cross-channel campaigns

- Brand focused – understanding the effects of branding in today's digital world.

Desirable Experience and Education:

- Graphic design skills

- Experience with HubSpot

- Two (2) or more years of people management experience

- Credit Union and/or similar not for profit experience

Salary

$100K - $120K
$100K - $120K base, Full benefits package bonus
