ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented content marketer who has a nose for a story and a way with words. Ultimately, your mission is this: Create undeniably great content that drives web traffic and engagement, generates leads, increases sales and boosts customer success and loyalty. You're a creative marketing professional with a proven track record creating great content and copy. You have stellar writing skills, a love for good marketing, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You can thoughtfully craft blog posts, landing pages, emails, video scripts, ebooks, how-to guides, and more.

Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboardingprocesses. All hiring and onboardingprocesses are being conducted remotely at this time. We utilize Zoom video meetings and phone calls during the interview process. We will be working remotely through at least June 30, 2021, in most locations, and we are re-evaluating the opening date of all the Genesys offices on an ongoing basis.
