The incumbent is responsible for partnering with Marketing, Digital, Inside Sales, Finance providers, Fin Techs, Technologies, Data Strategy, & Contractor Programs to launch & manage the Payment & Finance program. This individual is responsible for integration and roll out plans to embed point of sale financing into the home improvement/roofing space for GAF.
Responsible for partnership management and relationship development across fintech & banking payment space. The incumbent must bring strong insights into the payment & fintech landscape for POS financing.
This individual will define the customer experience, partner with digital teams and collaborate across the organization and create a change management strategy to influence the adoption of point of sale solutions.
The incumbent must look outwards, keeping abreast of trends in the industry including digital payment & point of sale financing experience in Home Improvement adjacent verticals as well as auto financing. Given the breadth of activities required to integrate financing into existing programs, this requires a skilled collaborator and strong project manager. This incumbent will also interface with senior GAF management and customer management, requiring strategic focus and strong communication skill to drive collaboration, alignment and assignment of cross functional support.
The incumbent will be responsible to integrate the Point of Sale Financing Lead Gen vision into existing digital transformation initiatives (including contractor locator & lead gen initiatives) driving adoption of financing by 80% of the contractor base.
The incumbent will develop new experiences, new processes and negotiate finance structures from prior business models. This person will develop lending & point of sale payment plans integrating these solutions across our customer touchpoints.
Detailed Responsibilities Include:
Develop and manage Partner & New partner relationship & negotiations to deliver on payment and promotion opportunities into our digital framework to drive the evolution of the customer payment experience partnership.
Collaborate with digital, tech, marketing & data teams to deliver a new growth/revenue stream over the next few years .
Drive awareness, engagement and adoption through the various channels including training, operations, sales teams to transform the payment experience.
