Role Summary: Candidate will evaluate, develop, execute and manage relationships with external Clients, both via a new growth channel for employees of these clients as well as enhancing customer's Life Priorities conversations. They will be required to evaluate opportunities with prospective partners and existing commercial clients to improve the client experience, acquire new business and expand business relationships. Candidate will be responsible for navigating conversations across all channels as well as with internal control partners, product leaders, marketing and finance teams to manage the client-facing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new partnerships that align with consumer business and channel strategy
  • Evaluate opportunities to test innovative concepts and/or referrals
  • Engage enterprise LOBs and manage work across product, legal, vendor, marketing and client experience teams
  • Work with partners & clients to develop tactics & implementation plans
  • Manage life cycle of the approval process with multiple partners (Channel leadership, Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance)
  • Manage UCRA process and approval routines
  • Negotiate agreements necessary to support partner onboarding
  • Work with vendor management, sourcing and legal when applicable
  • Create reporting packages for internal and external leadership, including adoption and tracking performance

Required Skills:

  • 3 or more years financial services product sales
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Executive presence for both client facing and internal presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with managing multiple priorities
  • Aptitude w/control partners to solve problems & implement solutions
  • Finance & analytic business acumen to develop complex business cases
  • Knowledge to implement process & procedural changes as required
  • Experience developing proposals and presentations
  • Navigate effectively through roadblocks in a professional manner
  • Results-oriented with proven track record of establishing accountability
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx

Desired Skills:

  • 5 or more years financial services product sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consumer Banking experience
  • Client-facing experience & familiarity with client-facing systems
  • Experience with UCRA & CAST process and system
  • Professional marketing and/ or financial sales experience
  • Background working with Financial Center leadership, vendor management
