RSM is looking for “seasoned” IT professionals to join the MITS practice as a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of managed IT services for portfolio of approximately 10-12 clients. This is a multifaceted role that includes acting as a strategic IT advisor to the client plus coordinating day to day support issues, leading projects, staff management, and service delivery reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record either as an internal IT manager/director or consultant leading outsourced technical teams. We are seeking well-rounded people with “executive presence”, a passion for technology, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical audiences on digital transformation initiatives.
This is NOT a sales role and an information technology background is required. The position will require mostly local travel with the occasional business trip.
· 5+ years as an IT Manager or Director in a small or medium sized business: OR
· 2+ years acting in a similar capacity for a technology consulting firm
· Service oriented attitude and willing to do whatever it takes for clients
· Microsoft Cloud technology competency
· Bachelor's degree
