You will provide business management advisory and workplace technology implementation insights and services that help clients realize meaningful business growth through workforce, work, and workplace technology experience transformation. Skills and experiences

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies.
• Interfacing with executive level clients, assessing client's goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solutions.
• Experience delivering large, integrated workplace / employee experience solutions, and the associated organizational/cultural change.

What you'll do

• Assist in project proposals including crafting the proposed solution and collaborating with other Avanade individuals to secure new client work.
• Develop employee and team centric experiences (using data driven insights) that have parity with, or are better than, customer experiences to drive innovation, efficiency, and retention of top talent at scale.
• Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organization transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
• Drive cultural and operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric modern workplace.
• Identify trends and strategies for Modern Workplace solutions to meet client business, financial and technical objectives.
• Conduct detailed analyses/interviews to understand and explain client problems and utilize standard consulting engagement practices such as facilitation, interviewing, gap analysis, etc., and provide input for workshops and support clients in service delivery transformation.
• Identify, develop, and document issues, perform analysis, draw conclusions and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
