Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, setbudgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
Uses agile project management tools to track team adoption and adherence to procedures and best practices
Works with ISO team to create and refine procedures adhering to established standards, processes, and methods to produce learning experiences that are world class
Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars, both from the perspective of agile project management and modern adult learning
Articulates and coaches the full value of agile project management benefits, principles, practice and tools to the team and stakeholders.
Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications with leadership and the team
Certified Scrum master, PMI-ACP and/or PMP certification desired
Project Management Skills leveraging industry standard Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Agile Project Management tools including Axosoft or equivalent
