What you bring to the team.

  • Manage mid to large-market consultant relationships to generate opportunities for direct sales
  • Sell and inform consultant contacts on Virgin Pulse products and capabilities
  • Nourish existing relationships and stay consistently visible with consultant partners and practice leads
  • Receive and delegate incoming consultant led opportunities and provide support
  • Create sales strategy with direct Virgin Pulse sales reps that work within your territory
  • Train sales reps within your territory on consultant house details, offerings and preferences to increase their chances of success in client specific opportunities
  • Update VP of Consultant Relations and Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales bi-weekly on activities, opportunities, and challenges
  • Serve as team liaison between consultant team and sales operations to create tailored and effective sales collateral for consultants
  • Oversee public sector consultant strategy and serve as public sector expert alongside specific reps at VP
  • Organize consultant webinar strategy in collaboration with marketing, internal SMEs, executive leadership team, etc.
  • Responsible for international consultants, collaboration with international sales team, and bridging the gap between U.S. and international consultant relationships
  • Arbitrate and resolve conflict between consultant partners and Virgin Pulse
  • Monitor success of consultant led client implementations and ongoing support
  • Attend consultant oriented conferences and events throughout the year
  • Drive consultant partners to annual Virgin Pulse conference
  • Build and foster strong external and internal relationships
  • Serve as feedback loop between consultant partners and Virgin Pulse

What makes you stand out.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of sales (channel alliance/relationship oriented) account management, or consultant experience in health, wellness or SaaS
  • Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals
  • Proven experience in translating product capabilities into consultant/client value
  • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, relationship, presentation and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Consultant experience or exposure is highly preferred
