As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Berlin,CT. This position may require 10% travel

Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology


•Atleast 5 years of experience with F5 Load Balancer network operations at Datacenter and /OR remote site
•Ability to collaboratively create, articulate, and champion a vision and strategy for continuous improvement of IT operational support
•Extensive knowledge of LTM, like VIP load balancing/Persistence/nattiing etc., Big-IP DNS (GTM) integration with F5
•Understanding and knowledge of F5 iQuery protocol concepts and setup, GTM configuration using GUI or CLI
•Expert knowledge of HTTP protocol versions, headers, methods, status codes, requirements
•Expert knowledge of troubleshooting tools tcpdump, ssldump, openssl, QKview, logs, curl, Wireshark, Fiddler, Postman, etc
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise in networking and related processes/tools, including info. protection and industry best practices
•Ability to simplify and effectively communicate (oral and written) complex ideas and principles at all levels of the organization
•Analysis/problem assessment - demonstrate ability to gather requirements and develop solutions; and to isolate and fix problems
•Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
•Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
•Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing
•Strong verbal and written communication skills along with demonstrated excellence in customer service is essential.
