Primary Responsibilities Include:
Ensures safety standards and requirements are enforced and followed
Coordinate with all parties including property management, subcontractors, relocation specialist, and residents to ensure all are informed and to minimize resident disruption during the rehabilitation
Responsible for all onsite construction operations including but not limited to scheduling and supervising onsite personnel, and subcontractors
Establish and enforce a quality assurance/quality control program to ensure the finished product meets company standards and obtains all required sign offs from local, state, and/or federal jurisdictions.
Prepare all required reporting including daily reports, daily safety inspections, and progress photographs
Ensure field and cost issues are communicated timely to the Project Manager
Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the Contract Documents to plan ahead and anticipate problems before they arise

Bachelors or better in Architecture.
Bachelors or better in Construction Engineering.
Bachelors or better in Construction Management Services.
OHSA 30 hour certification
8-10 years: Project Superintendent
10+ Years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
10-15 years: Project Superintendent
