Growing design-build firm is adding to their pre-construction team and is in need of a Construction Scheduler. Very strong global company with an excellent track record for commercial and industrial projects for over 120 years. The position will operate out of their office near the Huntington Beach, CA area that services projects on the west coast.

The position will support planning and scheduling efforts on multiple projects. It will be both a tactical and strategic role. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, specs and statements of work in the preparation of construction schedules, monitoring project timelines, interface with subcontractors and project owners, supporting conceptual bid development, evaluate actual construction status relative to proposed plan, and other relative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or relative.
  • At least 3 years' experience in construction scheduling for commercial/industrial projects.
  • Detail oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with owners, subs and senior management.
  • Experienced with Primavera software or relative systems.

Salary

$100K - $120K
