The Harbor Bridge Project is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager, you will plan, direct, supervise and implement project quality assurance activities in compliance with applicable company standards for mid-sized projects.


  • Prepare quality assurance procedures (work controling documents) and review other department procedures for compliance with quality assurance requirements. 
  • Provide necessary outgoing correspondence and insure compliance and/or correctness
  • Participate in review board meetings to resolve non-conformance areas; follow up to insure corrections are implemented
  • Perform internal/external audits to insure quality assurance requirements are implemented and/or maintained
  • Perform and supervise inspection of work in various disciplines as required
  • Assist in resolution of company non-conformance reports
  • Coordinate quality assurance program with job site departments and contractors
  • As required by quality assurance program manual, perform activities such as audits, preparation of project standards, notification to management of quality problems, etc
  • Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality assurance personnel including personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development/approval of in-house training, etc
  • Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters as required
  • Review budget, materials, and time schedules
  • Insure project standards as outlined in quality assurance manual are effectively implemented
  • Insure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance
  • Maintains knowledge of Flatiron’s company values and strategic plan
  • Support published project policies
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 5 years quality assurance experience related experience and/or training
  • Registered PE in Texas
  • Experience on Design Build Projects preferred
  • Experience on TXDOT Projects preferred
