The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a great Construction Project Management position with a super team to work with and very interesting challenges that will keep things interesting and help you grow your career in Construction or Hospitality Project Management? We are looking for an exceptional professional with 5-7years of experience leading a variety of demanding, exacting, exciting and fast paced Hospitality/ Resort construction projects. This Project Manager will have the ability to work with some of the most prestigious projects and premier partners as well as the opportunity to work closely with the Private Equity team and venture partners on a variety of hospitality / Resort construction projects in the Orlando area.

This Construction Project Manager role is the Owner's Representative, managing and overseeing the development and management of all aspects of the scope, budget, and schedule for these hotel and resort projects. We are looking for a Project Managers to lead the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects through all phases of a project including, project justification, requirements definition, funding, programming, site selection, team sourcing and structure, budgeting, scheduling, design development, permitting, bid leveling, value engineering, construction administration, and commissioning. We are looking for a Project manager who has demonstrated exceptional initiative, project management effectiveness and outstanding communication abilities with all levels of investors, joint venture partners and construction crew team leaders.

The scope of the projects will range from high end renovations to greenfield resort development. We are looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively execute the "Big Picture" decisions that the Private Equity team and the Architects and Engineers envision.  We are looking for someone exceptional to manage the project and the GCs including managing all aspects of the project, managing the software and the accounts and making sure that the projects come in on time and on budget. We prefer Project Management experience in Hospitality but we will consider other sector experience. We are looking for someone who is very strong in Project Management.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, competent, detail oriented, honest, fair, hard working, solution oriented, a self -starter, someone with a low ego to achievement ratio with a long runway ahead of them. We are looking for a high potential individual capable of handling all the demands of hospitality Project Management from the strategic to the tactical, working with the GCs on everything from permits, costs, starts, procurement, etc. As the Owners Representative you will be the eyes and ears on the ground making sure that the projects proceed on time and on budget and as designed. We are looking for someone who has an aptitudes for hospitality project management and someone who treats others with respect, dignity and value, someone who others respect and want to work with.

This position reports to the Private Equity Partners and is based in Orlando.

Compensation: we are looking to compensate competitively for high quality, high potential talent for the Orlando hospitality market. We have budgeted this position to be highly competitive in base salary and performance bonus and benefits.

$104K - $117K
$80K - $90K base, full benefits bonus
