you will be responsible for managing Construction Management/Inspection contracts as an agent for County clients for utilities, water lines, sewers, pump stations, water tanks, stormwater, and related projects. Work in a team environment. Supervise construction inspectors. Act as point of contact for clients on construction/CMI projects. Work independently to meet CMI contract scope, schedule, budget. Reviews/analyzes contractor change orders and schedules, maintains submittal logs and RFI logs, and leads monthly progress meetings.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Certs – Either a PE or CCM is preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Proficient with document control software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to provide construction inspection as needed
  • Leadership skills including leading meetings with client, contractor and designer.
