ATCS has been providing Construction Services to public and private client for almost 25 years, primarily in the Virginia and Maryland markets. Due to our recent expansion into North Carolina, ATCS is currently recruiting for a Construction Services Manager to build a North Carolina CEI practice. In this position, you will be responsible for multiple functions including oversight of construction inspection, business development, contract administration, and recruiting/ mentoring of inspection staff. A key component of this position is meeting and developing relationships with NCDOT staff to identify placement opportunities for inspectors as part of an existing NCDOT CEI On-Call contract. This is a challenging opportunity to build and manage a construction services unit with the guidance and support of ATCS’ Construction Services Division based in Virginia.

As a Construction Services firm, ATCS recognizes that quality CEI staff and managers come from diverse backgrounds. For this reason, formal degrees and training, although desirable are not required. Similarly, it is recognized that qualified staff may require development in some areas of expertise of skill sets.
