We have an excellent opportunity available in our Milwaukee office for a Construction Services Manager to lead the Construction and Inspection staff. In order to be considered for the position, the candidate will need to possess at least the basic qualificationsof the positions:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and construction of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including MS Excel and MS Project
  • Registered PE in Wisconsin is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience would be considered a plus
  • Experience with design and construction of WISDOT and SE Wisconsin projects, along with being knowledgeable in the design build process, is preferred

Responsibilities include: Contract and proposal preparation, leading the Construction services team, schedule coordination, staff review/evaluation, along with developing and maintaining client contacts.
