  • Stoel Rives has an exciting opportunity for a Conflicts Attorney, based in our Seattle office. This position supports the entire Business Intake and Conflicts Department ("BIC Department"), New Business and Conflicts Compliance Counsel ("Counsel"), and the Firm Counsel in responding to all new business requests submitted firm wide, including requests related to existing and potential new clients as well as requests related to new hires, external publications, and requests for proposal. By utilizing a solid understanding of basic litigation concepts, business organizations and financing concepts, the Conflicts Attorney ("Attorney") is called upon to make and communicate difficult decisions, handle multiple complex situations, and produce high quality work while under pressure.
