Duties performed by the CM Lead will include the following:

·         Assist lead with developing and tracking all deliverables, ensuring they are delivered to client expectations and according to master project schedule

·         Ensure that resources are allocated to prioritized work and that all aspects of the project are accurately tracked and reported

·         Keep the project manager and client informed of accomplishments, issues and status

·         Contribute to the development and maintenance of a master project schedule

·         Develop and maintain existing and new reporting metrics, identifying issues and/or opportunity trends for recommendations to improve efficiency

·         Coordinate/Participate in meetings supporting engineering efforts

·         Monitor team assignments to ensure timely completion

·         Prepare or review weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on contract deliverables

·         Demonstrated configuration management experience in support of DoD release activities

·         Knowledge of multiple development models desirable (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)

·         Strong communication and writing skills, including technical writing and editing

·         Ability to effectively manage his/her own tasks and multiple competing priorities

·         Ability to make decisions and handle stress, while meeting deadlines and performing in a high-paced environment

·         Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)

·         Must be a results-oriented team player, and must possess a high level of self-initiative

·         Must be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills

Experience working on Government information technology programs coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, scheduling activities, and researching program issues, DISA experiencepreferred.

Candidate must be highly organized, thorough, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing. Extensive collaboration with project personnel and partner/customer groups is required.
