Job Description
By joining our team, you will be contributing your computer vision or machine learning expertise to develop robust solutions for real-world problems, in the areas of 3D reconstruction, object-based change detection, feature detection, and motion pattern learning and anomaly detection among others. The Kitware Vision Group has collaborated with more than 20 universities in the past five years and maintains active involvement in major vision conferences.

  • BS and MS level candidates with exceptional skills in programming languages such as c++, C, Java, MATLAB, Perl, Tcl, and/or Python
  • Knowledge of software development processes/environments including MS Visual Studio, gcc, make, CMake/CDash, XCode and/or Borland
  • Ability to develop software for Unix, Linux, MacOS and/or Windows operating systems to large open-source projects and communities 
  • Due to Federal Government (DARPA) contractual restrictions, only candidates that are US Citizens, US Permanent Resident status, Asylees and Refugees are being considered at this time
