Compliance Testing Manager

In this position, you will monitor and test compliance with the laws and regulations in accordance with the Bank's Compliance Management System (CMS) Program with regards to Consumer Deposit and Lending Regulations. You will enact quality control measures to ensure that procedures are being adhered to within the Compliance Department.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Monitor compliance workflow with regards to meeting target dates of the CMS Testing schedule to its completion annually and review testing work papers throughout the year and escalates heighten issues up to the DCCO
• Monitor and integrate recommendations for compliance as directed by Federal and State regulators
• Conduct periodic reviews of business unit products & services offered by the Bank to ensure compliance with internal procedures/regulatory guidelines and access regulatory risk factors
• Develop and/or maintain model risk assessments
• Conduct periodic reviews of Internet Platforms with respect to consumer regulations (i.e., Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) in conjunction with new or modified consumer products
• Upload continuous supervision deliverables to the FDICconnect on a regular basis and issue regular email updates to the FDIC and DFS with respect to the temporary FC closings and re-openings due to COVID-19 pandemic and other matters
• Update Compliance Management Program's Corporate Policies and Procedures as new and/or amended regulations are finalized while integrating departmental procedures to business units

Qualifications:

• 5 years of compliance or audit experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to develop Regulatory Risk Factor Assessments
• Verbal & written communication
• Must have supervisory/managerial experience
• Consumer regulations (lending & deposit)covering CC, ECOA, HMDA, EFT- Regulation E and Private Flood Insurance
