Estimated annual base pay: $104,600 (minimum) - $130,750 (midpoint)

As Compensation Manager at Woodward, you will manage and oversee global compensation programs related to fixed pay, variable pay, equity, and executive compensation. This role is a key position within the Total Rewards team that will contribute to the management, evolution, and operationalization of compensation programs.
The Compensation Manager will work in a firsthand capacity utilizing analytical skills to identify untapped opportunities, process improvements, and maximize return on investment. What you will be doing…
· Ensuring the competitiveness of compensation at Woodward by managing the survey participation process, conducting market pricing and best practice research, monitoring trends, and interpreting results. This includes modeling and recommending salary structure updates
· Participate in and lead annual programs such as the merit and promotion cycle, including development of communication and training materials, pre/during/post cycle audits, reporting/analysis, configuration testing, etc.
· Administer short- and long-term incentive programs, including equity program administration (RSUs, Stock Options, and PSUs)
· Maintain and update plan documentation and communication as programs/tools change
· Collaborate with leadership in the design and development of compensation programs and policies to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
· Maintains and updates plan documentation for all compensation programs as well as member and manager communications and trainings
What we are looking for…
· 10+ years Minimum of ten years' compensation experience in a public company with at least three years’ operating in the corporate compensation function
· 5+ years’ experience with presenting data and explaining technical compensation data
· 2-5 years’ experience administering executive compensation and short- and long-term incentive plans and programs required
