The Compensation Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring compensation data integrity, and the identification and development of procedures to enhance and expand existing audit programs. Acts as a resource to Compensation and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data attributes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
Professional Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
Experience: 3-5years of Human Resources related experience to include performing work of an analytical nature required. 1-2years of prior use of or responsibility for a HRIS/HRdatabase system required.
Skills: Strong communication (both oral and written), analytical, organizational, detail orientation, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work independently, interact with, and maintain functional relationships with personnel at all levels within and outside of the organization required. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Advanced Excel and/or Access skills preferred.
