A STS Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for managing as well as conducting compensation and strategic services projects for clients encompassing board governance, executive compensation, strategic planning and leader succession. The focus of the position is on supporting and managing executive compensation consulting projects.
Qualifications     Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or other relevant field required
- Master’s degree in Business Services, Human Resources or other relevant field preferred

- Five (5) or more years of prior experience in compensation and/or strategic service consulting required

- Certified Compensation Professional or CPA certification or other relevant certification preferred

- Familiarity with statistical software packages preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word preferred

- High proficiency in English, both verbal and written (including technical writing skills)

- Executive presence, and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
- Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels
- Knowledge of survey methodologies, strategic planning protocols and leadership principles
- Knowledge and understanding of industry business models and financial structures
