Privatey-held organization is searching for a credentialed Compensation and Benefits Director. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys developing a comp program from the ground up, revamping the current comp and benefits program where needed and is able to manage change.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or a closely related field
  • Current CBP, CES and CCP certification desired. PHR or SPHR at a minimum
  • Minimum of 10 years in a comp and benefits administrative position, minimum of 5 years in a senior level capacity
  • Experience building a comp program successfully
  • Experience developing a benefits team
  • Working in a corporate setting and/or manufacturing desired


$110K - $140K
$110K - $140K base, Medical, dental, 401k bonus
