The Compensation and Benefits Manager will:

  • Benchmark compensation and benefits against the external market, including completing annual market survey submissions.
  • Manage the annual Salary Planning process
  • Prepare monthly and annual accurate reporting and analyze Staff costs/Salary mass and HC vs last Year and Budget
  • Prepare and manage reports from “AllShare system”
  • Partner with payroll administrators to process payroll for US, Panama, and Canada populations
  • Lead projects and reporting related to compensation, insurance, benefits, budgets, and headcount
  • Lead systems implementation of new HRtechnology
  • Manage onboarding and terminations with Building Security, Office Management, as well as Accounts Payable
  • Partner with Legal Counsel to ensure employee handbooks are up-to-date with labor law and Company policies


  • 5+ years of compensationexperience and human resources experience
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skill set
  • Basic knowledge of payrolllaws and employee benefits
  • Excellent systems and analytical skills
  • Very strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to analyze and create concise/accurate reports
