Federal Reserve Bank of ChicagoThe Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is looking for a Compensation Expert who is equally comfortable advising executives or navigating and building complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) and analysis with speed and accuracy. You will have experience managing both base pay and variable pay programs, conduct job analysis, job documentation and market pricing, and understand how to track and manage increase budgets.
The Compensation Analyst reports to the Compensation Manager and administers and develops base and variable pay compensation programs in a diverse, high compliance environment. You will combine high partner involvement with advanced analytical demands.
This position internally will be titled as a Senior Compensation Analyst.Responsibilities:
