As the DataRobot Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the activation, engagement, and retention of our community members. You will establish programs that make our community thrive, like user groups, activation-reactivation- retention campaigns, satisfaction polls, ask-the-expert events, and so much more. Success in this role will be evidenced by increase in these metrics: new members, engaged members, and category engagement.
As part of this role you will serve as a key player of both the community and product teams, driving strategy and execution for all of the community’s engagement programs. You will focus your efforts on pulling in new target members, and interacting with existing members to increase their activity. You’ll help us build out a variety of community programs that deliver fast, easy help to DataRobot’s users. You will work closely with key stakeholders from the product, self-service, community, and marketing teams to deliver programs that excite and engage our community members!
