Job Overview

This position is responsible for optimizing processes and systems that support the day-to-day operations of the KDP Communications, Culture and Organizational Change team. The ideal candidate will be a team player; passionate, energetic and entrepreneurial; and willing to dive in help build transformational programs, processes and communications. This person supports communications campaigns and events, creates and drives production timelines, and manages external support to deliver on team goals and objectives. Partnership and creative problem solving skills are a must.

This person will manage the creative production process including graphic designers, freelancers, agency support, printers and vendors. The role will identify and manage an external support network, acts as a liaison between vendors and communications team, and executes procurement and billing processes. This person will drive process improvement within the communications team, track budgets, and support team process rigor and operating rhythm.

What you will do:

  • Partners with team to develop and implement creative campaigns
  • Creates and tracks production timelines
  • Manages designer workflow
  • Develops and implements creative production and review processes
  • Maintains budgets, ensuring that financial parameters are maintained
  • Manages external freelancers, agencies, printers and vendors
  • Partners with Procurement and Finance teams on vendor, contract and billing processes
  • Plans and executes events
  • Identifies and orders branded giveaways and incentives
  • Supports delivery of and compliance with SOPs and service levels
  • Continuously scans internal and external environment for process improvement best practices, identifies opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manages mechanisms for team effectiveness including meeting cadence and agendas, file sharing, templates and tools, and best practice sharing


What you must have:

  • A./B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or related degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive related experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing events like leadership conferences, town halls and webcasts
  • Outstanding ability to manage relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
  • Must be well organized, able to prioritize work and multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments
  • Participate in continuous process improvement on the job
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience partnering with printers and vendors
  • Proficient in project management best practices, systems and applications including Excel, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles
  • Anticipated travel up to 20%
