Job Description

Bring your experience in creating, implementing, and overseeing communications programs that effectively engage employees as well as describe and promote programs and opportunities benefiting our dealers. Ensure communications campaigns appeal to a multi-generation audience and are delivered against a variety of platforms from the latest digital techniques to traditional modes. A detailed eye for editing is highly prized. Specifically, this role will:


  • Lead proactive communication cadence with Area teams and launch dealer (stakeholders) to ensure alignment with Project Management effort
  • Manage as required active files and dealer participation agreements for all dealers
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all pre-launch, launch and sustainment training requirements and communications are delivered as required
  • Hold regular status updates with teams on a weekly basis
  • Assist in leading development, review and sustainment
