Sales Representative - Commercial Roofing
Charlotte, NC
$80k - $90k + Commission

In the past 8 years the company have experienced explosive growth, expanding from 1 branch to 21 throughout the Eastern and Central States. And increasing their annual revenue from $12m to $250m!
But with limitless ambition it does not stop here, they are well on track to achieve their 10-year goal of opening 50 branches and surpassing $1Billion annual revenue.
You will join a winning team of high performers striving for excellence, who support one another to achieve their individual and collective goals.

Your Role
• Successfully complete in-depth training on sales, service, industry, and be ready to start finding and closing opportunities in the first quarter on the job
• Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
• Utilize solution selling to close business based on value (not price)
• Collaborate with a wider team of sales, estimating, operations and technicians to turn opportunities into deals
• You will earn 3% on all service sales and 1% on all production sales.

• For 50 years they have been operating in the commercial & industrial roofing industry successfully delivering projects valued from $500k - $5m.
• Their work is split between 70% re-roofing, 25% service works, and 5% new construction. Sectors include manufacturing, healthcare, heavy industrial, airports, and higher education sectors.
Key Requirements
• 3 years' experience in Commercial roofing sales
• Resilient with a result driven attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
