This position is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced sales manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales results for a team within the Tennessee territory. They will work with Branch Managers to direct the activity of all Commercial Account Managers within this assigned territory and be involved in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing their team. Additional Responsibilities include; managing and maintaining communications between sales and service personnel, assisting in customer presentations as necessary, and providing strategic updates to Regional and Division Management. Successful candidates must have sales management experience in a Commercial Service Environment.
We require the successful candidate to have:
- At least 10 plus years outside sales management experience. Strong Business to Business experience.
- Ability to teach prospectus to the sales team. Lead the team from the front!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
