*** Familiarity with selling and negotiating to maintain acceptable bottom-line profitability.
*** BA or BS and 5+ years insurance industry experience as an underwriter specializing in Non-Habitational Property.
*** Evaluation, selection, acceptance or rejection, pricing and servicing of commercial insurance policies for non-habitational properties.
*** Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned producers and territories
*** Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for applications and policies based on risk, credit worthiness, inspections, etc.
