Downtown Philadelphia broker is looking for an individual to independently manage moderately complex accounts while working at a strategic level to develop and retain consultative partnership relationships with customers and prospects. Build and manage assigned accounts with responsibility for account retention, while seeking out and taking advantage of new account opportunities. Manage client relationships to understand client goals and expectations. Prepare and produce all elements of presentations for client meetings, which professional and properly represent the company. Meet with a minimum of 10% of clients annually. At the start of the renewal process, approximately four months out from renewal date, explore and understand issues facing client organizations and the client's claim history both of which may impact the types and amount of coverage sought. Prepare schedules of insurance, renewal letters, certificates, auto ID cards and other similar documentations.
3+ years of commercial lines construction account management experience. College degreerequired. Pennsylvania P&C license. Should bring solid relationships with company underwriters. Industry specific experience related to assigned clients (e.g., financial, aviation, non-profit, etc.) is helpful in understanding clients' specific needs and language. Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System proficiency is desirable.
