Description

Collaborate with actuarial, legal, sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, and administrative staff to identify product specifications and issue requirements regarding product development, product updates, and changes in insurance laws and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

*** Identify product specifications and issue requirements in connection with product development, product updates, and changes in insurance laws and regulations.

 

*** Analyze contracts and review applicable laws and regulations to determine variations in forms, laws, and legal requirements

 

*** Negotiate with state insurance departments regarding form approval and win final form approval with state agencies.
