Established, U.S., HVAC Commercial Equipment Manufacturer is seeking a Commercial National Account Manager to be responsible for developing and managing NEW and EXISTING ENTERPRISE Accounts, build and foster business relatioships, utilize solution-selling techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and measure ROI to solve client business problems.

  • Set the vision for the customer and the company to be successful
  • Provide team alignment to achieve business objectives

Must:

  • have Commercial National Account Experience
  • have The Ability to network and lead generate at corporate level
  • have In depth understanding of multi-site / multi-region business model
  • Understand key players, their business drives, goals and objectives
  • Create value that impacts customer's business
  • Provide Business Solutions that reduces customer risk

Education and Experince

  • BS Degee preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in strategic sales or sales management to mid-size and large customers
  • Prefer experienceworking within a sales function within manufacturing, HVAC, Water Heating, Building/Construction, Food, Pool, Retail, Commercial Channels/markets
