Commercial Finance and Real Estate Associates at Dinsmore & Shohl in Indianapolis, IN

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for associates in the Commercial Finance and Banking and Real Estate Development Practice Groups in Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; and Louisville, KY. Positions for both practice groups require a minimum of three years of transactional experience with real estate (e.g. commercial leasing, drafting construction contracts, development and zoning work, including public/private partnership agreements for urban redevelopment sites) or commercial finance transactions (e.g. institutional lending including life insurance company loans and agency backed loans including FHA, USDA, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae). Experience with senior housing, medical facilities, construction financing, tax credits, public finance transactions, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA lending, affordable housing, and general corporate and transactional work is beneficial.

A license to practice in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky is required. Out-of-state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Indiana or Ohio bar exam or eligible for admission in Indiana or Ohio will be considered.
