To support, guide and act as Commercial Counsel to the Customer Team and guide the wider business in all Commercial Contractual matters acting as a liaison between the sales teams and in-house legal counsels both in the CO organization and the BGs.
Main Responsibility Area
Review, draft and negotiate all contractual documentation during pre-sales activities including to ensure e2e contract alignment and b-2-b with supplier-contracts and resolution of all commercial contractual matters during the entire contract lifecycle.

Works closely with:
· Sales, Finance and Control, Bid Manager, Delivery and Project Managers, Legal Team, Structured Finance, Solutions Managers, Pricing Managers, Procurement
At least 10-15 year's experience in contract or project management in the telecommunications or construction industry
Required law degree/background
Advanced negotiation skills - comfortable negotiating directly with the client and 3rd parties
Legal background or experienced commercial management experience with solid understanding of the drivers of profitability.
Basic Project management experience and skills (planning, reporting, processes).
Understanding of financial management and management accounting.
Knowledgeable about the industry and related regulation.
Leadership and customer relationship skills.
Good knowledge of Nokia products/services and sales and marketing activities.
Excellent team player with good soft skills for use in cross functional and international teams
Able to read, draft and interpret complex contracts accurately.
Adept at handling and managing client personnel and internal cross-functional teams
