You should have the following skills: 

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent

- CISA, CISM, CISSP or CIPP desired

- 7-10+ years related experience

- Experience in a SaaS, PaaS or IaaS environment preferable

- Formal training in project management

- Strong working knowledge of IT processes and IT infrastructure

- Strong familiarity with laws and regulations that impact commercial compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GLBA, Directive 95/46/EC, the GDPR)

- Fluency and extensive experience IT auditing and controls— preferably with SOX, SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001/27002

- Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical insight and process expertise to define control requirements relevant to SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001/27002

- Demonstrated success leading, controlling, and completing IT projects

- Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with executive level management

- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams

- Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.  Highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules

- Strong bias toward action.  Flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-pace environment

- Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)

- Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently

 Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
