Generates new, profitable financial relationships, focusing on commercial and industrial (C&I) middle market segments, and target transaction sizes of $2-20mm. Provides consistent, high quality service to expand the current business customer base, emphasizing loans and deposits, while meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives. Interacts directly with Lending Officers in presenting banking service proposals to potential Bank customers. Requires a thorough knowledge of commercial banking products and services, as well as marketing and sales programs.
Requires 5+ years’ experience in commercial lending or commercial loan business development. Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and presentation skills required.
Must have business development experience in this market.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a business, economics, finance or related degree or equivalent experience.
