Role and Responsibilities
This position has an aggressive marketing and sales plan to execute. The incumbent will lead and bring cohesiveness to the Eastern US territory and be responsible for the solution selling of Training Services in the Commercial Aviation sector.
Provides territory leadership, guidance to achieve defined revenue, yield, retention and growth goals for the assigned territory and accounts. The incumbent also drives a solution selling approach by leveraging the entire suite of CAE's Products and Services capabilities.
The incumbent works effectively as a key team player within the Regional sales team and provides a strategic sales and marketing perspective pertaining the Commercial Sales of the Product and Training aspect of the business.
