*** Write nationwide commercial auto policies with a focus on fleets.
*** Assist junior underwriters with complex, retro, and large limit risks as well as composite rating.
*** Identify and implement strategies to improve risk management performance.
*** Provide workflow oversight and ensure on time delivery for all customer points.
*** Analyze quality and quantity of accounts underwritten and prepare reports.
*** Develop strategic plans, new methods, and procedures to improve team performance.
*** Formulate, implement, and measure results of corrective action plans.
***Support product development functions for Auto products for the shared, gig, and similar economies.
*** Train junior underwriters regarding statistical coding procedures for processing new and renewal business.
*** Provide technical guidance related to rules, regulations, insurance products, system operation, inventory control, rate plans, and similar.
