Academic Behavioral Neurologist Opportunity
The Department of Neurological Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE is recruiting a physician with expertise in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology. In this faculty role, you will join behavioral neurologists, advanced practice providers, nurse case manager and support staff who evaluate and treat over 1,000 unique patients a year. Our team of clinicians, scientists and educators are dedicated to saving lives, relieving suffering, and reducing the terrible impact of neurological disease on our patients, families, and community.
The faculty have NIH-supported research programs investigating Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. Nebraska Medicine, our hospital partner, has been recognized as a High Performing Hospital in neurology and neurosurgery for 5 years by U.S. News & World Report.

Our compensation package is extremely competitive. In addition, comprehensive benefits including relocation, CME and generous employer paid retirement are offered. The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is ABPN board certified/eligible and fellowship trained in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, Geriatric Neurology, or equivalent fellowship in the specialty.

Required Qualifications
M.D. or equivalent degree, have completed an ACGME-certified Neurology residency, be ABPN board eligible or certified in Neurology, and have completed fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, Geriatric Neurology, or equivalent fellowship in the specialty.
