Title: CNC Installation/Integration Engineer

Company Profile: We are an importer and distributor of quality CNC machine tool accessories to include Rotary Tables. We service manufacturers in many fields to include but not limited to medical, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment.
Position: We are seeking a CNC Installation/Integration Technician who is capable of building and installing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical assemblies on CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers and horizontal boring mills. This position is based out of our Aurora, Indiana office and any time not in the field will be at that office. Our facility includes office, work area and a shop with CNC machines. You will have the opportunity to work with CNC machinery from all different parts of the world. An average of 3-4 days per week are spent in the field. You will be home most weekends. Travel mostly but not limited to North America. Must have or be able to obtain a Passport and Visa.
Skills and Qualifications: The preferred candidate will possess a strong CNC background with the Fanuc and Mitsubishi control that includes direct experience in setup, changing parameters and ladder editing. Wiring and electrical systems experience a must. This candidate must possess the ability to read part diagrams and schematics. Additional experience with machine tool integration with rotary tables and/or hydraulic systems is desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess great organization and prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, problem solving, the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and strong verbal and written skills. Mitsubishi, Siemens, Heidenhain and other control experience a definite plus.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation includes medical, vacation and company participating 401K after 1 year of service.
