CMMS Business Objects Developer (Web Intelligence).

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for CMMS Business Objects Developer (Web Intelligence).

• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design software or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyzes and designs databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Enhancing business intelligence system to drive informed decision-making

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited University or College
• CMMS Upgrade experience
• Experience with enterprise Onsite Integrated Project Team supporting a CMMS
• Experience supporting supply chain, material order, procurement & inventory with a CMMS
• Prior Federal Government experience
• Experienced with large onsite project involving multiple contractors.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
• 2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.
• Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
• Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
