Opportunity

We’re looking for a Cloud Solutions Analyst II to support and enhance our Microsoft cloud environment. In this role, you’ll work across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform to deliver practical solutions, support users, and help drive adoption of modern workplace technologies.

This is a hands-on role that blends technical support, solution development, and collaboration with business teams. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, building solutions, and learning emerging technologies, especially in the AI and Copilot space.

Responsibilities

 

Microsoft 365 Support & Operations 

  • Provide support for M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform) 

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex items when needed 

  • Support administration activities (permissions, licensing, configurations) 

  • Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience 

Solutions & Automation 

  • Build and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, and Lists 

  • Partner with business teams to understand needs and translate them into solutions

  • Support the lifecycle of solutions (design, testing, documentation, handoff)

  • Improve existing tools for usability and sustainability

Copilot & AI Enablement

  • Support adoptionof Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI capabilities

  • Evaluate new features and summarize value, risks, and opportunities

  • Contribute to AI agent and Copilot Studio solutions

  • Develop user guides, training content, and prompt best practices

  • Monitor usage trends andidentifyimprovement opportunities

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Support M365 governance (site lifecycle, permissions, policies)

  • Follow security, privacy, and compliance standards

  • Identifyand escalate risks related to data or governance

  • Contribute to transparent and well-documented processes

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders

  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way

  • Support rollouts, training, and adoption initiatives

  • Build strong relationships through a responsive, solution-oriented approach

Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications:  
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or building solutions in a Microsoft 365 environment 

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and M365 administration 

  • Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI tools 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Familiarity with Purview, security, compliance, or governance tools 

  • Experience with PowerShell, Graph, Azure, or Entra ID
