Essential Functions

  • Drives account strategy, act as deal "quarterback" working with cross functional teams and closing deals
  • Ensures profitability, growth, and direction of C1 cloud and managed services opportunities
  • Leads opportunity strategy and is in continuous alignment with the Finance and operations teams to ensure proposals and scopes of work are accurately prepared, tracked and managed
  • Manages incoming work streams, prioritize team work assignments, and ensure commitments are consistently achieved in alignment with deal strategy and processes
  • Negotiates Cloud and Managed Services contracts through closure
  • Manages a smooth handoff to the transition team for all signed agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Past knowledge and experience selling cloud, managed services and aaS solutions.
  • IT infrastructure solutions (UC/CC, collaboration, enterprise networking, data center solutions and service) and a strong services orientation
  • Undergraduate degree in business, IT, finance or experience and educational equivalent
  • Eight to ten years of hosted and cloud sales experience(Avaya, Cisco, Hosting and Data Center/Networking experience preferred)
  • Well networked, proven successful track record, collaborative work style, and consultative selling experience
  • Ability to manage and track sales pipeline
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrated deal/sales ability and technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated deal/sales experience with hosting, cloud (private/public) and competitors that sell like for like (Ring Central, 8x8, InContact, Avanade, etc)

  • Demonstrated experience successfully closing deals in Cloud based solutions (UC/CC, DC and EN)
  • Strong multi-level relationship management, persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills
