Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Associates/Two (2) year technical diploma/degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and four (4) years in a role involving IT Security and Cybersecurity in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and six (6) years in a role involving IT Security and Cybersecurity in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience in designing, implementing and supporting identity management in cloud platforms and transitioning applications and servers from on-premise to cloud.
- Identity Management experience in AWS or Azure, including provisioning, operations and management of roles, access and users
- Experience with application, code, and cloud infrastructure security best practices for Azure and AWS
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Three (3) years of REST API, Application, and cloud development in Azure or AWS in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Three (3) years of implementing security best practices for cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services
- One (1) year of designing/architecting cloud platform level services
- Two (2) years in an Agile environment and familiar with JIRA and Agile methodologies
