Cloud Governance & Operation Specialist at Bombardier in Dorval, QC

In your role, you will:

-

Document cloud strategy and track execution

-

Define, implement and monitor cloud operational framework (process and tools)

-

Implement and lead cloud governance board

-

Document / maintain cloud policies and standards for operations security, resiliency and agility

-

Support activities related to cloud migration roadmap (Cloud Program Management)

-

Define and maintain cloud operation KPI / dashboard

-

Provide cloud cost reporting and optimization opportunity (estimate, budget, forecast and actual)

-

Manage cloud services supplier and related processes (RFP, governance, SLA compliance, added value creation)

-

Support communication and change management related to cloud initiatives

-

Present cloud deployment project status to senior leadership

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or other technical path

- You have a minimum of 5 years in Program management role

-

You have a minimum of 3 years in cloud operation management

-

You have experience of a least 20 projects (workload) deployed and supported on a public cloud

-

You have azure cloud experience (AWS is an asset)

-

You have a good understanding of cloud security principles

-

You have strong communication skills and ability to build/maintain long term business relationship

-

You demonstrate leadership in leading meeting with diversified audience (technical, senior management)

-

You are expert in PowerPoint

-

You have experience of many project delivered following Agile / Scrum methodology

-

You have ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 certification

-

You are project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
